Use in combination with CRM and attributes: complete customer profile extension!
After installation go to System >Configuration >MagenMagic extension >MagenMagci Notify. Here you will see settings block.
There are two options in Admin Customer Grid block: highlight customer with notify and show notify info in the grid. The first option is quite useful. You easily can see which customers should be processed.
Note! If you activate both options, customers won't be highlighted. If admin processed customer and don't want him to be highlighted, he should remove Notify date.
Next block is Admin Notifications. Text in the field Title of Admin Notification will be displayed in the popup which manager see when opens admin area.
Point manager's e-mail addresses in Target E-mails that should receive remainder's letters.
If you want to send messages for customer use the next block Send notification e-mail to the customer. Point there subject and text of the letter that you want to be sent.
Creating customer reminders
Go to Customers >Manage Customers in your admin area. Open profile and you will see Information block. Use Notify text and Notify date to create remainder.
